Bath and North East Somerset Council is currently researching paths in the Westmoreland Ward to determine whether or not they are public rights of way.  Paths which are found to be public rights of way will be included in a Legal Order and added to the Definitive Map and Statement for the City of Bath. 

There are 19 paths included in the consultation and each path has a reference number to identify it.  Please look at the map and list on the right hand side of this page (under Other Related Information) to find the reference number of the path or paths you have used.  You will need to complete a separate online form for each path you have used.
