This survey is to measure customer satisfaction for residents and visitors to Bath and North East Somerset’s Parks and Open Spaces.
Why are we consulting?
Parks and Open Spaces is committed to delivering the very best customer service possible. An important element of this is to understand how satisfied our customers are with the services we currently deliver. Completing this survey helps us to continuously improve the provision of Parks service based upon our customer’s feedback.
What happens next:
This survey closes on Thursday 31 August 2017 and we will collate and analyse all results and then publish the results on the Council Website. We will include an overall satisfaction percentage and commentary on what we have learned and what we may do as a result of the survey.
