Yes.  This enquiry is made by asking Question 22 on the new CON29O form.  The required fee is £7.20

 

I need to know who owns a particular property/piece of land - how can I find this out?

We can tell you if a piece of land is adopted as publicly maintained highway, or if a property is owned by the Council.  We have no records of ownership of privately owned land.
