NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will prohibit vehicles from proceeding in a length of Midland Road, Bath, starting from a point 61 metres north of its junction with Lower Bristol Road, heading north for a distance of 36.7 metres.

Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft order, which together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order may be inspected at the Councils’ One Stop Shops during normal office hours.

Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in by 31st October 2018, either in writing to the Transportation Team at the address below, or by email to transportation@bathnes.gov.uk.  Please quote the title of the scheme; (Midland Road, Bath) (One Way Traffic Restriction) Order 201* and the reference 18-015/1/AC.  For any queries concerning this proposal please telephone 01225 394041.
