NOTICE is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to exercise its powers conferred by section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, by the installation of a Raised Zebra Crossing in the road as specified in the Schedule 1 to this Notice.
NOTICE is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to exercise its powers conferred by The Highways Act 1980 Section 90A, which permits a highway authority to both construct and remove road humps in a public road, for which they are the highway authority, if the highway is subject to a legal speed limit for motor vehicles of 30 miles per hour or less or the road humps are specially authorised by the Secretary of State.
A copy of the map, together with a statement of the Council’s reasons may be inspected at The One Stop Shops at 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath 3, The Hollies Midsomer Norton and at the Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours.
Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 17th March 2024, either in writing to the Traffic Management Team at the address below, or by email to traffic_Managementteam@bathnes.gov.uk Please quote the reference TRO 24-004/GW.
