Before you contact us

You may be able to get the answers you need from the Bath and North East Somerset SEND Local Offer website which can be found on Live Well B&NES.
This provides information for children and young people (aged up to 25) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families, to help find the right help and support.

If you are a SENDCo or professional please consider if your enquiry could be directed to the SEND and AP advice service (This service is for education settings and professionals)

Before you start

Make sure the child/young person lives in Bath and North East Somerset.
Check to see who their local council is.

To complete the contact form it will help to have:

• The name and date of birth of the child or young person if applicable
• Your email address and phone number
• Information about your enquiry including what you want us to do
• Electronic copies of any information to upload with this request
