Anyone is eligible to apply for a season ticket (car park permit).
Basis of charges for car park season tickets
Multiple vehicles and new emission-based season tickets
Up to 10 vehicles can be registered against an emission-based season ticket at the time of purchase.
You will be charged the rate which applies to the most polluting vehicle you have registered (that means the vehicle with the highest emissions classification).
If you change your vehicle while holding a season ticket
If you get a vehicle with lower emissions
You can make changes to an existing season ticket to accommodate changes in car ownership, but only for less polluting vehicles. If you have a change in vehicle, contact Parking Services to update your season ticket:

There is a £10 administration charge for any vehicle registration mark changes that we accept.
If you get a vehicle with higher emissions
If you change to a more polluting vehicle, you will need to cancel your current season ticket and purchase a new one, at the rate for your new vehicle. Refunds are available for any complete months remaining on the season ticket you are cancelling. A £10 administration fee would apply.
