Traffic lights are also referred to as traffic signals. Use this page to apply to set up portable traffic signals for planned work and to get permanent traffic lights turned off or on.
If you are carrying out roadworks or building works, it is your responsibility to apply for portable traffic signals to be placed and to inform us if we need to disable any permanent traffic lights while you complete your work.
To set up portable traffic signals, we will need to know the address and exact placement of the proposed traffic signals, as well as the confirmed placement dates from drop off to collection.
