The purpose of the Playing Pitch Strategy (PPS) is to look to address a range of fundamental challenges and assess how outdoor pitch and non-pitch facilities such as tennis can be used to meet the needs of a growing Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) population, which is relatively prosperous and economically stable whilst also catering for areas of higher deprivation which may have different requirements.
