Bath and North East Somerset Council is currently researching paths in the Westmoreland Ward to determine whether or not they are public rights of way. Paths which are found to be public rights of way will be included in a Legal Order and added to the Definitive Map and Statement for the City of Bath.

For Bath & North East Somerset Local Authority the 'relevant area' being consulted on is the whole of Bath & North East Somerset and for own admission authority schools and academies it is the district in which the school or academy is located. For VA Catholic Church schools this will be for the parish area that they serve.

On 16th December 2015, the Council is publishing its Draft Placemaking Plan for formal consultation. The consultation runs from 16th December 2015 to 3rd February 2016.
