The purpose of processing
The council wants to help businesses and individuals affected by charges in Bath’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ) by offering financial assistance towards upgrading non-compliant vehicles to compliant ones. This will help the council meet the air quality targets set for it by the government and mitigate the impact of the scheme on those affected. The scheme is funded by the Government and we want as many businesses and individuals as possible to benefit from it. By expressing your interest in the scheme, we can talk to you about it in more detail.
