How is it used?
We will keep the information that you provide on council computers in files only accessible by the Public Health team. The team will then make a follow up call or email and send it to you. In some cases, they will refer you to another council service, but we will not share the information unless you specifically request for us to do so.
We may use the location data that you provide to plot COVID-19 hotspots within Bath and North East Somerset, but this will not constitute personal data.
