The purpose of processing

The information below will help you to understand what we will do with the personal information that you provide during the consultation on the parking charge review 2024/25.

The purpose of processing your data as part of this consultation is to allow us to gather views from stakeholders regarding the parking charge review 2024/25 proposals; which include the potential introduction of emission-based car park charges to all Council-managed paid-for parking areas in Bath and North East Somerset, and to assess their impact on any vulnerable groups.

Data subjects are any individuals who use Bath & North East Somerset Council-run car parks or paid for on street parking, or have views on parking charges and take part in this consultation.

We will use postcodes to assess where respondents are from within or outside of the Bath and North East Somerset area.

We may use email addresses to contact respondents about the outcome of this consultation.
