We are the Licensing Authority for Bath and North East Somerset under the Licensing Act 2003.
We aim to enable recreation whilst at the same time improving the quality of life of residents and increasing the attractiveness of the area to visitors. This consultation allows people to have a bigger say in shaping this area of policy.
