What our supported living service provides

As well as supporting people to live independently, our supported living service can include support with medication, personal care, budgeting, life skills, travel, activities, promoting personal independence and being part of a community.

Our support workers delivery quality care and support to people living in various locations across Bath and North East Somerset. The service has been rated as ‘Good’ by CQC (July 2023).

We work to meet the needs of individuals through a person-centred approach. We often work in collaboration with a person's family and other support providers. We also work closely with other professionals, such as Complex Health Needs Services, other adult provider services and GPs.

The service is registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) to provide personal care.
