The Sir James Roll Charitable Trust

Small grants, generally for £1,500 or less, are available to UK registered charities working in the UK and/or overseas.

Rochester, Kent-based the Sir James Roll Charitable Trust awards small grants to UK registered charities that enable it to fulfil its charitable objectives, which are:

  • The promotion of mutual tolerance, commonality and cordiality in major world religions.
  • The furtherance of access to computer technology as a teaching medium at primary school levels.
  • The improved access to computer technology in community-based projects other than political parties or local government.
  • The funding of projects aimed at early identification of specific learning disorders, and
  • Such other charitable objects in any part of the world as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish.
