Grants are available to enable UK charities and not-for-profit organisations with an annual income of £200,000 or more to participate in the Foundry’s 3-month programme to help launch and sustain a high-impact podcast.
The Podcast Foundry states that “podcasting has the power to transform how non-profits and charities connect with supporters, donors, and communities. Through our exclusive grant program, we’re providing fully managed podcast production services—helping you tell your story in a way that inspires action, builds trust, develops relationships and makes a lasting impact”.
The Podcast Foundry Fund will support a limited number of UK charities and not-for-profit organisations that have an annual income of over £200,000 so that they can participate in its 3-month service to help launch and sustain a high-impact podcast. The programme offers:
- 12 professionally produced long form video podcasts.
- 48 short-form videos.
- 12 transcripts of the episodes that can be used to generate blog posts etc.
- Social media posts ready to share, and
- Full access to all project files and assets.
The programme will cover:
- Pre-production and strategy.
- Professional production.
- Post production and editing.
- Repurposing and distribution, and
- Ongoing growth and analytics.
The following grants (or subsidies) are available (please note that the Foundry will offer some flexibility for the two services listed below):
- Full-stack service: grants can be used to cover 40% of the service costs (groups will pay £2,400 per month instead of £4,000).
