You can pay your temporary accommodation costs online or over the phone.
Your B&NES Homes temporary accommodation costs could include rent, service charges and recharges. You may have some of these costs paid for by Housing Benefit.
To pay for your temporary accommodation, you will need your reference number, which can be found in the top right hand corner of your ‘How to pay for your temporary accommodation’ letter.
Your payment reference is case-sensitive. Please do not add any spaces, letters or extra characters before or after the reference. You must quote the correct reference otherwise your account could go into arrears and accrue interest.
If you need to pay for more than one temporary accommodation item in a day, then you must pay all of the monies owed in one, single payment. If you make more than one payment with the same reference, during a day, this may not be automatically picked up by our rent account system and this will delay receipt of payment.
Pay online
You can pay online using most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are not able to accept American Express.
Check how much you owe
If you are not sure how much you owe, please contact Housing Services by email at housing@bathnes.gov.uk, or by phone on 01225 39 64 44
