You can pay your Business Improvement District (BID) bill online or by phone.

Pay online

Payment can be made using most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are not able to accept American Express.

To pay your BID bill online, you will need your reference number, which can be found in the top right hand corner of your bill

You can pay your BID bill by calling our automated payments line on 0300 456 0632, available Monday to Sunday, 24 hours.

Calls to this number cost 3p per minute plus your telephone provider's access charge.
