There are a number of ways that you can pay your garden waste subscription.
The charge to renew this service for the year ahead is £56.95 per bin
Please pay by 1 July 2024 to ensure you receive your sticker in time for the full duration of the subscription period. You can pay at other times of the year, but the subscription will end at the same time (July 2025).
Pay online
To pay your garden waste subscription, you will need your reference number, which can be found in your renewal notice (usually sent to you in June or July).
You can pay using most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are not able to accept American Express.
By phone
You can pay your garden waste subscription by calling the automated payments line on 0300 456 0632, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can pay at:
- Bath Housing, Welfare and Advice Services
- Keynsham Information and Advice Service
- Midsomer Norton Information and Advice Service
You will need your account, reference or invoice number with you.

If you are unable to pay by credit or debit card, you can make a payment in the following ways. To make sure the payment is allocated to your records, you must quote your garden waste reference number on the front of your letter as your payment reference.
