Planning policy and guidelines

We have statutory powers to ensure that all streets and properties in our district have appropriate names and correct numbers. This applies to the following:

• Naming of new streets and numbering properties on that street
• Renaming an existing street or renumbering existing properties on a street
• Numbering or naming a new property
• Renaming or renumbering an existing property
