Use this page to read the purchase order conditions of contract for the supply of goods and/or services to Bath & North East Somerset Council.

These terms and conditions apply to small value purchases only, typically those less than £5,000 in value. All competitively procured contracts will have specific terms and conditions that will be provided at the point of competition.
