Street Naming Order 2022: Midsomer Norton, Sentinel Way

Public Health Act 1925 Section 18

1. Bath & North East Somerset Council is the Street Naming Authority for the town of Midsomer Norton.
2. On or after 6 June 2022, the Council will make an order under Section 18 Public Health Act 1925 of its intention to name new streets.
3. The effect of the order will be to name roads indicated on the attached plan:
   
   Jinty Road, Jubilee Close, Sentinel Close and Sentinel Way
    

Any person aggrieved by the intended order may appeal to Bath and Wansdyke Magistrates’ Court at North Parade Road, Bath, BA1 5AF within 21 days of this notice.
