It will ensure you know exactly where your food has come from, can save money on your grocery shopping and can provide other benefits such as improving health and providing some exercise.

Community food growing projects
There are a number of community food growing projects across Bath and North East Somerset run on allotment sites, parks, gardens, orchards and farms. Most growing projects are run on a drop in basis by local people and provide a great opportunity to learn new skills, meet people and have fun!

- Bath Area Growers is a network of 13 groups growing fruit and vegetables around bath. Get in touch for volunteering and training opportunities, courses and events
- Bath and North East Somerset Allotment Association – for growing tips and advice on working your plot
- Bath and & North East Somerset Trading Hut – the Allotments Association runs the Trading Hut in association with Bath Organic Group to provide members with seeds, compost and gardening sundries at near wholesale prices
