(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of London Road East, Batheaston, Bath from a point outside Boots Opticians, 201 London Road East, extending south east to the traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing to the west of Five Ways roundabout.  

The order is required to prevent obstruction during a Community Street Party to London Road East, Batheaston, Bath on Sunday 14^th July 2024 between 12:00 – 18:00hrs.
