Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to:
• introduce a one-way restriction on A367 Chapel Row from its junction with St Paul’s Place extending north to its junction with Queen Square. One-way traffic will only be able to travel in a northbound direction.
• close Princes Street at its junction with A367 Chapel Row only.
• temporarily suspend the one-way restriction on Princes Street to allow two-way traffic flow. Access to Princes Street will be from Monmouth Street.
• temporarily introduce a no left-hand turn restriction at the junction of A367 Charles Street/St Paul’s Place to prevent vehicles turning onto St Paul’s Place.
• temporarily introduce a no right-hand turn restriction to vehicles over 3.5 Tonnes at the junction of Monmouth Street/A367 Chapel Row to prevent vehicles over 3.5 Tonnes only turning onto A367 Chapel Row.

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for TWENTY TWO DAYS.
