Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to close temporarily to vehicles:
- High Street, Keynsham (one-way section) from a point outside Smart Computers extending south to its junction with Bath Hill/Temple Street;
- Temple Street, Keynsham from the roundabout outside Iceland extending south to its junction with Carpenters Lane.
This order is required to prevent obstruction during the Keynsham Winter Festival and will be operative on Saturday 30th November 2024, between 09:00 – 21:00hrs.
Alternative Route: High Street diversion: High Street – Charlton Road – Ashton Way – Rock Road –Temple Street – Bath Hill.
Temple Street diversion: Temple Street (remainder) – Albert Road - Park Road – West View Road – Charlton Road – Ashton Way – Rock Road.
