Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a temporary suspension of the 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight restriction to permit vehicles over 7.5 tonnes to travel along the lengths of roads listed in Schedule 1 of this order, as part of a National Highways diversion route.

The works are anticipated to be carried out over FIVE nights between 20:00 – 06:00hrs only.
