3SG is excited to be running a FREE hybrid (mixed online and in person) event, as part of the BaNES Climate & Biodiversity Festival, on Monday 20th September.
The theme of the event is ‘Delivering & Funding local environmental projects’ and it’s open to all individuals and organisations wanting to tackle the challenges of the environmental crisis.
This event is taking place at Bath Apex Hotel, as well as being streamed online for the speaker series element. Please register if you wish to attend in-person or online (timings different, see below). We will be sending you more details closer to the event date.
The aim of the event is to bring together like-minded individuals and organisations wanting to make a difference. The event will include a mix of inspirational local stories from individuals delivering projects in the community, as well as advice from funders and experts specifically focused around environmental projects. There will also be an opportunity to find out more about a range of projects going on locally (more details below).
In-Person at Bath Apex Hotel: 6pm - 9pm
Before & after the speaker series, there will be stalls from local environmental projects, so you can find out more and get involved or collaborate. If you would like a stall, please fill-out this expression of interest form here.
The event will be a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about the environment.
By telling local stories and signposting resources and support, we aim to help individuals and third sector organisations (e.g. charities, social enterprises and community groups) build on existing work or start new environmental projects. The event will be hybrid, so that the speaker series is accessible online to those who are unable to attend in-person on the day. We will provide food and drink throughout the evening.
Online Stream: 6:30pm - 8pm
