Property Services, FM, Cleaning, Catering, Print and Project Delivery
We have three main areas of service delivery to our customers:
- Commercial Estate and Asset Management – strategic planning of the estate, acting as a landlord, repairs and maintenance, development, acquisition and disposal of assets.
- Project delivery - managing the design and construction delivery processes of new developments.
- Facilities Management services, Catering, Cleaning and Print - dedicated provider of support services and meals to schools and community.
Our service teams are committed to providing a high quality service and we will always respond to customers and tenants in a professional, timely and constructive way.
Our aim across all service areas is to:
- Answer 85% of calls within 45 seconds (15 rings) during service opening hours
- Ensure that all staff are polite and courteous at all times
- Aim to deal with requests and queries as quickly as possible and follow through to deliver what we promise, dealing with any problems that arise
- Survey a sample of customers at least annually and aim to improve overall satisfaction
- Respond to any reported service problems within 24 hours
- Respond to complaints within 5 working days and send a full reply within 15 working days
- Deliver 90% of projects on time and on budget
