(THTSC627 REMEMBRANCE DAY PARADE) (VARIOUS ROADS, BATH)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING / LOADING) ORDER 2020

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under  Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be:

1. to temporarily introduce a road closure on the roads and lengths of roads specified in Schedule 1 to this notice with the exception of authorised military vehicles and;
2. to temporarily introduce no parking and no loading to include Blue Badge holders on the roads and lengths of roads specified in Schedule 2 to this notice.

The order is required to facilitate the holding of the Remembrance Day Parade on Sunday 08^th November 2020 at the times specified in the Schedules.
