We are working with the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) and Bristol City Council to make bus services, cycling, and walking better along the A4 corridor between Bath and Bristol.
Bath attracts large numbers of people from outside of the city each day for leisure, education, and work. This programme will consider how we can improve transport provision for those travelling into Bath using the A4 route.
The West of England Combined Authority wants to hear about the issues people face along this corridor, as well as ideas on how to provide better bus, cycling, and walking options to help people move around more easily and sustainably.
They will be putting together proposals for a variety of ways to improve the A4 corridor between Bristol and Bath. Works will be broken down into phased projects focusing on different sections of the route over the next three to five years.
