(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE ONE-WAY RESTRICTION)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:

· A road closure in that length of Lyncombe Vale, Lyncombe, Bath from its junction with Rosemount Lane extending south west to a point outside the property known as Grosvenor.  

· A temporary suspension of the temporary one-way restriction on Rosemount Lane, allowing two-way traffic to travel along this length of road whilst the closure on Lyncombe Vale is in place.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during the celebrations of a Community Street Party on Lyncombe Vale, Lyncombe, Bath between 08:00hrs to 20:00hrs on Sunday 2^nd June 2024.
