The strategy forms a key component of our Future for Bath vision which seeks to revitalise Bath’s economic, social, and cultural wellbeing up to 2026 and beyond. Inspired by Bath’s outstanding heritage and ‘DNA’ as a place, the vision seeks to unlock the city’s remarkable human and economic potential and to reposition Bath as an exciting, distinctive and culturally relevant 21st century city.

I, Mark Richards, of Heavitree, Exeter, admit to failing to provide the consumer with a written cancellation notice, falsely claiming on my website that I was a member of the Federation of Master Builders, writing my own 5* review on my Facebook page for Unique design and build SW, requesting by text and taking payments the consumers roof namely £2200 and failing to carry out any roofing work, failing to tell the consumers that you couldn't complete the build for £23,000 until the consumer had paid you nearly the full amount namely £20,800, walking off site leaving much work left incom

Undertaking given to B&NES Council by Albert Ayers

I, Albert Ayers, of Standerwick, Frome, admit to failing to provide the consumer with a written cancellation notice, and returning to the consumer's home between 6-7 times to ask where the cheque was.

I hereby undertake to Bath & North East Somerset Council Trading Standards Service pursuant to section 219 of the Enterprise Act 2002 ("the Act"):

that I will not (whether by my officers, employees, agents or otherwise) continue or repeat the conduct referred to in paragraphs1to 3 below;

I, George Sage, of Hillside Avenue, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, BA3 2LU, admit to failing to provide the consumer with a written cancellation notice and taking three consumers money totalling £6292 (£1546, £1000 and £3786) and failing to start any of the three jobs which I was contracted to do. Instead of refunding the consumers, I spend the money as if it was my own.
