Planning policy documents

Core planning documents have to demonstrate the evidence which which forms the basis for policy decisions. This includes a large volume of Evidence Base documents, such as technical studies, environmental and economic assessments and reports. 

Use this page to view or download evidence base documents for our Core Strategy (2014), Placemaking Plan (2017) and Local Plan Partial Update (2023), which together form part of our Development Plan.
