We aim to create modern services, making the best use of digital and improving the way the Council works.
We will deliver for local residents with the following actions:

Action 22: Ensure local residents and service users are consulted as part of the Commissioning & Procurement Framework on developing modern services by implementing online tools and systems to enable greater Council-wide visibility of all procurement and commissioning activity

Action 23: Ensure that only projects that contribute to or support our key ambitions proceed by developing gateway processes for procurement and commissioning projects
