(VARIOUS ROADS, BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET) (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING, WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO.-) ORDER 202-

NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the North East Somerset Area:-

 

1.    

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Bathford Hill, New Road, High Street, Gastons Way, Ashley Road, Titan Burrow, Dovers Park,  Bathford /  Combe End, Woodborough Road, Tamblyn Close, The Street, Fortescue Road, Radstock / Tynings, Clutton / Wellow Lane, Jubilee Road, Peasedown St John / Carter Road, Farrington Road, Spring Ground Road, Winterfield Road, Winterfield Park, Hayboro Way, Bloomfield Lane, Paulton / Staples Hill, Freshford Lane, Corner Park, Pipehouse Lane, Freshford / Southview Place, Berkeley Place, Paulton Road, Sunnymead, Hayes Park Road, Northmead Road, Midsomer Norton / School Lane, Morris Lane, Barnfield Way, Prospect Gardens, Batheaston / The Chimes, A39 New Road, High Littleton / The Street, Compton Martin / The Street, West Harptree / Bristol Road, Farrington Gurney / Chew Lane, Chew Stoke / Meadway, Temple Cloud / First Avenue, Second Avenue, Westfield / South Road, Southlands Drive, South Road, Greenvale Drive, Newmans Lane, Timsbury / Holcombe Vale, Holcombe Lane, Bathampton.

2.    

Introduce a 30 Minute Limited Waiting Bay in lengths of Fortescue Road, Radstock.

3.    

Introduce a Disabled Parking bay in lengths of The Street, Radstock.

4.    

Introduce No Parking / No Loading At Any Time in lengths of High Street, and Excelsior Terrace, Midsomer Norton.

5.    

Introduce No Parking Between 8am – 9.30am and 3pm – 5.30pm in lengths of Redfield Road and High Street, Midsomer Norton.
