The scale of the development

Our plans for the site are sensitive in terms of the scale and height of development, so as not to dominate the surrounding area.

In general, we are planning for new plots to be no taller than two storeys, with a small number of three-storey buildings. We have carefully planned the position and height of the buildings and associated landscaping, to protect the attractive and rural character of the wider area.
