We are bringing the commissioning of our Public Health contracts for services delivered through GP practices and Community Pharmacies back in-house from Tuesday 1 April 2025. HCRG Care Group will cease subcontracting these services on behalf of our Public Health team on Monday 31 March 2025.
In order to ensure a smooth transition in the contracts, we are inviting GP practices and Community Pharmacies to submit expressions of interest for the services that they wish to bid for. Use the page below to submit your expression of interest on behalf of your GP practice. A service for Community Pharmacies will be available by 21 February.
