PROHIBITION OF PARKING –NOTICE OF INTENT 

 

BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL

 

(NELSON WARD DRIVE, RADSTOCK) (PROHIBITION OF PARKING) 

ORDER 202*

 

NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce parking restrictions in a length of Nelson Ward Drive, Radstock.

 

1.     

From its junction with Frome Rd and The Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 30 metres.

2.     

Starting from a point 128 metres South of its junction with Frome Rd and The Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 149 metres.

 

Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft order, which together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected at The One Stop Shops at 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JQ, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham and at our offices below during normal office hours.

 

Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 10th March 2022 either in writing to the Transportation Team at the address below, or by email to transportation@bathnes.gov.uk.  Please quote the title of the scheme; (Nelson Ward Drive, Radstock) (Prohibition of Parking) Order 202* and the reference TRO21-018/LC.
