The timeline below shows the project stages we will follow as a result of this consultation. We will update this page when more details become available.

1. Public consultation

   Active 6 May to 17 June 2022

   This consultation gives you the opportunity to comment on the Draft Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

   We are also running the consultation for the Draft Sustainable Construction Checklist SPD at the same time.

2. Consultation feedback

   On targetLate Summer 2022

   Our officers will consider all comments we receive when preparing the final SPD. We will prepare the Consultation Statement, setting out any key issues raised through the consultation and how we will address them in the SPD.

3. Plan adoption

   On target Autumn 2022

   We hope that the Planning Obligations SPD will come into force at the same time as the Local Plan Partial Update is adopted.
