Launch public consultation
CompleteThis consultation gave residents the opportunity to comment on our plans to vary the Clean Air Zone (CAZ) Charging Order in Bath, which would allow us to introduce a £50 charge on Class N3 Euro 6 diesel HGVs that enter the charging scheme area.

Publish consultation feedback report

Final decision
On targetWe will consult the Director of Place Management who will consult with the Cabinet Member for Transport, and they will make a decision about varying the Charging Order.

Charge implemented
On targetIf the decision is made to progress with the scheme, we expect to implement the charge in Summer 2023. If approved, we will work closely with affected businesses and operators before and during the implementation period.
