(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2022

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a Road Closure, No Waiting at Any Time Markings and Suspension of One-Way in that length of road listed in schedules 1, 2 and 3.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road for Cycle and Pedestrian Improvement works by Bath and North East Somerset Council on the 11^th July 2022 for a maximum period of 2 months. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works which is anticipated will be for:

Road Closures – It is anticipated FIVE DAYS at each location between 08:00 – 17:00hrs

No Waiting at Any Time – THREE WEEKS

One-Way - It is anticipated FIVE DAYS between 08:00 – 17:00hrs
