 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length Gordon Road, Widcombe, Bath from a point outside property number 8 extending south east to a point outside property number 1. USRN: 47900617.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during the celebrations of a Community Street Party on Gordon Road, Widcombe, Bath between 14:00hrs to 22:00hrs on Sunday 3^rd September 2023.
