(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to close temporarily to vehicles the entire length of Somerset Street, Bath.

This order is required in order to prevent obstruction during the Bath Spa University Winter Graduation Ceremonies held at The Forum from 06:00 – 18:00hrs on Monday 30^th January 2023 and will be operative as and when signs are in position.
