Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of parking to all motor vehicles.
Tile F13 from the Bath and North East Somerset Council (Various Roads, South West Outer Area, Bath) (Prohibition and Restriction of Parking and Loading) (No Stopping on Entrance Markings) (Authorised and Designated Parking Places) (Variation No.3) Order 2023 is temporarily amended with the attached Tile F13 attached to this Order. The effect of this Order is to remove permit parking bays from the south side of the road, replacing them with ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions, and placing them on the north side of the road in place of ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions. The reason is for the safe passage of traffic on OIdfield Road and the safe access and egress of driveways.
This order is required to facilitate the implementation of a residents parking scheme by Bath and North East Somerset Council on the 19th September 2023for a maximum period of 18 months.
